Our Inspiration

CrewCo was inspired by The Crew—a lifelong bond formed on the courts of Ferris State University volleyball in 2010. What began as a shared athletic experience grew into a deep sisterhood rooted in trust, accountability, challenge, and genuine care for one another.

That environment shaped more than our performance; it shaped who we became. The leadership, belief, and connection we experienced showed us the power of sport when people are supported as whole individuals, not just athletes. Those lessons remain at the core of everything we do today.

CrewCo was built to help recreate that sense of belonging and support in modern sport. When athletes, coaches, and families are connected, aligned, and cared for, everyone can build their own Crew.

Here's to The Crew.

Our Mission

CrewCo Sports Consulting Agency advances digital education by equipping youth and amateur sports communities to lead with clarity, confidence, and intention in a digital-first world. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, coach trainings, and organizational consulting, we support the full athlete ecosystem, including athletes, parents, coaches, and programs.

We coach athletes in mental performance, NIL branding strategy, digital identity development, communication, and boundary-setting. In today’s landscape, athletes are walking brands, yet many young athletes feel pressure to keep up with peers without understanding how their digital presence impacts performance and opportunity. We help them build intentional, authentic brands rooted in maturity and long-term vision.

We also equip parents and coaches with aligned tools, communication strategies, and clear systems that reduce miscommunication, pressure, and burnout. Our proactive approach ensures digital spaces enhance the sports experience rather than undermine it, so athletes do not just stay in the game; they thrive within it.

Our Values

CrewCo envisions a future where digital health is foundational to sport—where athletes are supported as whole people, coaches are equipped to lead in connected environments, and programs operate with clarity, equity, and a shared commitment to wellbeing and community.

  • Athlete Empowerment

  • Coach & Program Support

  • Excellence

  • Equity & Inclusion

  • Community & Connection
